The emerging changes in the world of business have occurred alongside the development of higher education and the emergence of interdisciplinary fields in the universities. But the real issue is how this approach could be used to link and create relationships among the academic disciplines. Therefore, there is a need for using a key concept called "core competencies and skills" as a new approach in the process of preparation and management of the higher education curriculum content. Several studies on this concept have been conducted in recent years in developed countries such as England, America, Australia and Canada which indicates the significance of this concept. Hence, this article reviewed the documentation and comparative study that explained and explored the core competencies in interdisciplinary studies, application of theoretical principles in this field, such as human capital, social capital, functionalism, scientific view of the project (DeSeCo), and human resources.  پیشرفت فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، افزایش مبادلات جهانی و تغییر و تحول در ساختار اقتصاد جهانی، باعث تغییر و تحولاتی در ساختار، محتوا، رشته‌ها و برنامه‌های درسی آموزش عالی شده است. تغییرات روزمره و جدید در دنیای کسب‌وکار با توسعه و گسترش فراگیر آموزش عالی و ایجاد رشته‌های مختلف و متعدد میان‌رشته‌ای در دانشگاه‌ها نیز همراه بوده است. اما مسئله‌ی اصلی این است که چگونه و با کمک چه رویکردی می‌توان ارتباط افقی و عمودی میان رشته‌های مختلف دانشگاهی ایجاد نمود؟ بدین منظور ضرورت دارد که از یک مفهوم کلیدی به نام آموزش "شایستگی‌ها و مهارتهای کانونی" به‌عنوان رویکردی نو در فرایند تهیه و تنظیم محتوای برنامه‌های درسی آموزش عالی استفاده شود. تحقیقات متعدد بر روی این مفهوم در طی سال‌های اخیر در کشورهای توسعه‌یافته‌ی جهان همچون انگلستان، آمریکا، استرالیا و کانادا نیز حاکی از اهمیت شایستگی‌های کانونی و ارائه‌ی آن در برنامه‌های درسی است. لذا این مقاله با بررسی اسناد و مدارک و مطالعه‌ی تطبیقی در صدد است که ضمن تبیین و بررسی شایستگی‌های کلیدی در مطالعات میان‌رشته‌ای، کاربرد مبانی نظری موجود در این زمینه همچون سرمایه‌ ی انسانی، سرمایه‌ ی اجتماعی، کارکردگرایی، دیدگاه علمی پروژه (DeSeCo)، و همچنین دیدگاه منابع انسانی را مورد تحلیل قرار دهد. https://www.icsa-journal.ir/article_11822_c6bcb74c53f3b1fbb7cc951f07923003.pdf
