Typology of quality teaching in higher education system

Abstract
, this study was conducted with the aim of typology and providing a continuum of high-quality teaching in the higher education system. Considering the goals of higher education in providing specialized human resources, the need to improve quality teaching methods in universities is felt, and the goal of the researcher in this study is to consolidate the components of high-quality teaching in higher education. This study is considered a systematic review with a qualitative approach and according to the implementation method. The statistical population is study databases that have addressed this issue in higher education in the last 20 years from different aspects.Based on the entry criteria, 23 Persian articles and 20 English articles were included in the study. Through data analysis, classroom-focused, inclusive, and critical human variables for quality teaching in higher education were identified. Then, by using the frequency of these types in the studies, a continuum was presented to achieve a balance in quality teaching in higher education. The results of this study showed that in order to have high-quality teaching in higher education, it is necessary to have a balanced view and use all the capacities of professors and students during teaching.
