چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی چالش‌های برنامه درسی دوره کارشناسی رشته زیست‌شناسی در دانشگاه تعلیم و تربیت کابل و ارائه راهنمای مطلوب برنامه درسی آن است. این پژوهش کیفی در بهار سال 1401 با روش داده بنیاد از نوع اکتشافی انجام شد. از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و نمونه‌گیری هدفمند با سه گروه اساتید، دانشجو- معلمان و دانشجویان استفاده به عمل آمد. نتایج نشان داد که برنامه درسی زیست‌شناسی دوره کارشناسی دارای پنج آسیب مهم شامل: ضعف دیدگاه برای تغییر مثبت در سطح ملی و بین‌المللی برنامه درسی، آسیب‌ها در انتخاب، درک و تقویت محتوای باکیفیت، نقص در طراحی راهبردهای آموزشی نوین و فعالیت‌های عملی و آزمایشگاهی، کمبود زمینه‌های توسعه منابع علمی، پژوهشی و فناوری، کمبود ساختارهای فیزیکی، الکترونیکی جهت آموزش، یادگیری و ارزشیابی است. به‌منظور کاهش آسیب‌ها مؤلفه‌های همچون شناسایی نیازهای ملی و بین‌المللی، تجهیز آزمایشگاه، افزایش فعالیت‌های آزمایشگاهی و بهره‌گیری از منابع، زیست‌فناوری و پژوهش‌های جدید مدنظر قرارگرفته است.
