چکیده
تحولات سریع علمی و فناوری، نقش دانشگاه‌ها را از نهادهای صرفاً آموزشی به موتورهای نوآوری و توسعه اقتصادی گسترش داده است. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی الگوی شکل‌گیری زیست‌بوم دانش‌بنیان دانشگاهی مبتنی بر برنامه درسی پژوهش‌محور انجام شده است. این پژوهش با رویکرد نظریه داده‌بنیاد و از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 16 متخصص حوزه آموزش عالی و صنعت به تحلیل عمیق این زیست‌بوم پرداخته است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که بین‌المللی‌سازی، سیاست‌های حمایتی دولت، تأمین منابع مالی پایدار و توسعه همکاری‌های بین‌رشته‌ای، از عوامل کلیدی در شکل‌گیری این زیست‌بوم محسوب می‌شوند. همچنین، برنامه درسی پژوهش‌محور به‌عنوان یک رویکرد نوآورانه، نقش اساسی در پرورش محققان توانمند، ارتقای کیفیت پژوهش‌های دانشگاهی، تسهیل تعاملات دانشگاه با صنعت و جامعه و تجاری‌سازی دانش ایفا می‌کند. مدل مفهومی ارائه‌شده در این پژوهش، ضمن شناسایی شرایط زمینه‌ای، مداخله‌گر و پیامدی، راهبردهایی عملیاتی برای تسریع فرایند نوآوری، حمایت از مالکیت فکری و ایجاد زیرساخت‌های مؤثر در توسعه زیست‌بوم دانش‌بنیان ارائه می‌دهد. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که استقرار این زیست‌بوم نه‌تنها موجب ارتقای عملکرد پژوهشی و نوآوری در دانشگاه‌ها می‌شود، بلکه نقش کلیدی در توسعه پایدار علمی، اقتصادی و فناورانه ایفا خواهد کرد.
