بررسی تاثیر عناصر برنامه‌درسی پنهان اخلاق حرفه‌ای دانشجویان مهندسی بر یکدیگر با استفاده از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری(SEM) (مطالعه موردی: دانشگاه شهید بهشتی)

چکیده
برنامه درسی، از پیچیده ترین حوزه های تعلیم و تربیت، در تلاش است انواع دانش و مهارت ها را به فراگیران آموزش دهد و آنها را برای قبول مسئولیت در زندگی آماده سازد. از این میان، برنامه درسی پنهان در حوزه آموزش مهندسی اگرچه موضوع بااهمیتی است ولی به آن کمتر پرداخته شده است. فارغ التحصیلان رشته مهندسی بخش عمده ای از اخلاق مهندسی خود را از طریق برنامه درسی پنهان در محیط های آموزشی کسب می کنند؛ بنابراین برای شکل گیری مناسب اخلاق حرفه ای مهندسین و به منظور جلوگیری از بروز هرگونه چالش اخلاقی باید دانست فرایند تاثیرگذاری برنامه درسی پنهان در شکل گیری اخلاق حرفه ای دانشجویان مهندسی چگونه رخ می دهد. در این راستا این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر عناصر برنامه­درسی پنهان اخلاق حرفه­ای دانشجویان مهندسی بر یکدیگر انجام شده است. روش پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی با تاکید بر معادلات ساختاری، جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان دوره دکتری دانشکده­های مهندسی دانشگاه شهید بهشتی به تعداد 321 نفر و نمونه با توجه به فرمول کوکران تعداد 176 نفر بودند که گزینش آنها به روش طبقه­ای متناسب انجام شد. جمع­آوری داده­ها بر اساس پرسشنامه محقق­ساخته صورت گرفت که ضریب آلفای کرونباخ آن 0.942 به دست آمد و روایی صوری و محتوایی آن توسط متخصصان مورد تایید قرار گرفت. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که میدان عمل و سیستم آموزشی، آموزشگر و سیستم آموزشی عناصری از برنامه درسی پنهان اخلاق مهندسی­ هستند که در آموزش ضمنی اخلاق مهندسی در محیط­های آموزشی بیشترین تاثیر را بریکدیگر دارند. همچنین بیشترین ضریب تاثیر مثبت و معنادار مولفه­های اخلاق مهندسی برنامه­درسی پنهان نیز بدین شرح بود: ایجاد انگیزش یادگیری بر عنصر آموزشگر، همدلی بر عنصر شرکای یادگیری، توجه به دروس عملی بر عنصر میدان عمل و حفظ منابع طبیعی و ملی بر عنصر سیستم آموزشی. همچنین به طور کلی نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که برنامه درسی پنهان ابزاری کارآمد برای اکتساب اخلاق مهندسی است و می تواند به عنوان پادزهری در مقابل فرایندهایی که دانشجویان مهندسی را در مسیر بی تفاوتی نسبت به اخلاق مهندسی سوق می دهد،عمل کند. دست‌آوردهای این پژوهش می‌تواند در طراحی برنامه‌های درسی و سیاست گذاری آموزشی برای تقویت اخلاق حرفه‌ای دانشجویان مهندسی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
