چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر آگاهی از ارتباط بین برنامه درسی دانشگاه فنی‌و‌حرفه‌ای و انتظارات بازارکار بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی، از نوع مرور نظام‌مند، انجام شد. ابتدا از میان 523 مقاله پژوهشی و به روش پریزما 24 مقاله، پس از رعایت ملاک‏های ورود و خروج، انتخاب و با مطالعه و جمع‌آوری اطلاعات براساس منابع موجود، بررسی شدند. به طور کلی سه مضمون تحلیلی "چالش‌های اشتغال"، "به کارگیرندگان فارغ‌التحصیلان" و "برنامه‌درسی دانشگاه فنی‌وحرفه‌ای" و شش مضمون توصیفی "موانع استخدام فارغ‌التحصیلان"، "موانع زیرساختی در آموزش عالی"، "مهارت‌های اشتغال‌پذیری"، "مشارکت کارفرمایان و آموزش عالی"، "یادگیری تجربی" و " توسعه و بروز رسانی برنامه‌درسی" استخراج گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین برنامه‌های‌درسی دانشگاه فنی‌و‌حرفه‌ای و دیدگاه افرادی که این فارغ‌التحصیلان را استخدام می‌کنند رابطه‌ای وجود ندارد. رابطه بین ذینفعان مشارکتی نبوده و توازن میان آموزش و بازارکار برقرار نیست.
