چکیده
تربیت معلمان مولد و اثربخش وظیفه آموزش و پرورش می باشد. یکی از مواردی که می تواند به توسعه و رشد نظام آموزشی کمک کند، تربیت معلمان با هوش و سواد عاطفی بالا می باشد. هدف اصلی پژوهش شناسایی ویژگی های سواد عاطفی دانشجومعلمان از دیدگاه متخصصان بود. این پژوهش کیفی و به روش تحلیل محتوا انجام شد. مشارکت کنندگان در این پژوهش متشکل از 14 نفر از استادان، متخصصان برنامه ریزی درسی و روانشناسان می باشند که ازطریق نمونه گیری هدفمند و از نوع گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. معیار کفایت تعداد مشارکت کنندگان، اشباع نظری بود. ابزار گردآوری داده های پژوهش، مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساخت مند بود. اعتباریابی داده ها از طریق اعتبارپذیری و اعتمادپذیری با استفاده از تکنیک همسوسازی صورت گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل مستمر و هدفمند داده ها همزمـان بـا جمع آوری آنها  با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا صورت گرفت. بر اساس یافته های پژوهش چهار مولفه اصلی یا درون مایه شناخت و آگاهی از فراگیران، مدیریت کلاس درس، ویژگی های شخصیتی و مهارت ها به دست آمد.­ معلم نباید فقط به ویژگی های شناختی و عملکرد تحصیلی دانش آموزان توجه کند بلکه باید به ابعاد گوناگون دانش آموز از جمله بعد عاطفی(نگرشی) توجه کند و از این بعد غافل نماند تا میزان انگیزه و علاقه دانش آموزان را به کلاس درس بیشتر کند و در رفتار دانش آموز تغییر ایجاد کند.
