واکاوی موانع فناورانه فعالیت‌های تیم‌های مجازی دانشجویان: علل، پیامدها و راهکارها از منظر تجارب زیسته

چکیده
هدف اصلی این پژوهش، درک عمیق مشکلات فناوری در فعالیت‌های تیمی مجازی از دیدگاه دانشجویان است.این تحقیق با رویکرد کیفی و استفاده از روش پدیدارشناسی انجام شده است. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با ۱۳ دانشجوی کارشناسی علوم تربیتی دانشگاه شهید بهشتی جمع‌آوری شده و با روش تحلیل تماتیک کدگذاری شدند و در نهایت تمامی داده‌ها در هفت تم کلیدی قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که مشکلات متعددی در فعالیت‌های تیمی مجازی وجود دارد، از جمله نقصان ارتباط، کاهش تعاملات اجتماعی، و مشکلات فنی. علل اصلی این مشکلات کمبود آموزش، دسترسی محدود به منابع و پشتیبانی فنی و توانایی اندک در مدیریت زمان است. پیامدهای منفی این مشکلات شامل کاهش عملکرد تیم، کاهش رضایت دانشجویان و افزایش استرس است. برای حل این مسائل استفاده از ابزارهای ارتباطی مؤثر، تقسیم وظایف بر اساس شرایط فناوری، بهره‌گیری از تجربیات خبرگان، آموزش روش‌های استفاده از فناوری‌های لازم و فراهم کردن تسهیلات مناسب برای همکاری می‌توانند موثر باشند. این یافته‌ها می‌تواند به ذیربطان کمک کند تا تجربه و کارآیی تیم‌های مجازی را ارتقا دهند و راهکارهای نوآورانه‌ای برای حل مشکلات فناوری ارائه دهند.
