چکیده
هدف مقاله حاضر مطالعه تطبیقی اهداف و فعالیتهای یادگیری مقطع کارشناسی رشته حقوق در دانشگاههای برتر جهان با رویکرد تلفیق با کار بود. پژوهش کاربردی توصیفی، با استفاده از روش مطالعه تطبیقی جرج بردی انجام شد. در این روش اطلاعات مورد نیاز پژوهش با استفاده از اسناد و مدارک موجود در سایت‎ دانشگاه‎های منتخب گردآوری شده است، سپس بهصورت مقولههای مجزا طبقهبندی و مورد بررسی، مقایسه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری شامل برنامه‎درسی رشته حقوق در دانشگاه‎های جهان می‎شود و ده دانشگاه برتر بهصورت هدفمند و بر اساس سه پایگاه رتبهبندی شانگهای، تایمز و اشتغال دانشآموختگان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد از میان انواع یادگیری همراه با کار، ارائه دروس مهارتی و کارورزی در برنامهدرسی رشته حقوق بیشتر مورد توجه دانشگاههای برتر دنیا قرار گرفته است. مهمترین اهداف در یادگیری همراه با کار، ارتقا و تعمیق دانش نظری و تمرین مهارتهای عمومی مورد انتظار محیط کار میباشد. توجه به فعالیتهای عمومی و تخصصی رشته حقوق بهعنوان مهمترین فعالیتهای یادگیری همراه با کار مطرح شدهاست.
