ادراک نو معلمان مدارس ابتدایی از کیفیت دوره یک‌ساله مهارت‌آموزی دانشگاه فرهنگیان در رشته آموزش ابتدایی: یک مطالعه آمیخته متوازی

چکیده
این پژوهش باهدف ارزشیابی برنامه آماده‌سازی نو معلمان ماده 28 از طریق روش تحقیق آمیخته متوازی انجام‌شد. داده‌های بخش کمی در سال تحصیلی 1404 - 1403 با مشارکت 2100 شرکت کننده و از طریق پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته گردآوری شد. پایایی ابزار از طریق ضریب آلفای کرانباخ 98/0 و روایی آن از طریق تحلیل عاملی تاییدی (شاخص‌های برازش: (06/0 = RMSEA ؛ 87/0= GFI ؛99/0، = CFI؛ 99/ 0= NFI؛ 87/ 0= PNFI؛ 82/4 = χ2/df). تایید و داده‌ها از طریق آماره‌های توصیفی و آزمون t تک نمونه‌ای تحلیل شد. داده‌های بخش کیفی با حضور 17 شرکت کننده با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و مصاحبه گردآوری و تحلیل مضمون تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که درمؤلفه زمینه، میزان تناسب اهداف برنامه با نیازهای دانشی، پداگوژیک، ارتباطی و فناورانه نو معلمان در حد متوسط بوده و نیازهای مهارت‌آموزان در خصوص مواجهه با کودکان با نیازهای ویژه و دچار اختلالات یادگیری، توانایی تولید محتواهای دیجیتال، نگاه‌های تلفیقی به آموزش و مدیریت کلاس در برنامه کنونی لحاظ نشد. در مؤلفه درون‌داد، شایستگی مدرسان در حد خوب و کیفیت زیرساخت‌های آموزشی پایین‌تر از متوسط بود و زیرساخت‌های اسکان، تغذیه و تجهیزات سرمایشی و گرمایشی مناسب در استان‌های زیادی فراهم نبود. در مؤلفه فرایند، وضعیت کلی فرایند آموزش در حد خوب بود، ولی در مورد فشردگی بیش‌ازحد زمان آموزش، انتظارات از کارورزی و آزمون اصلح نارضایتی‌هایی وجود داشت. در مؤلفه برون‌داد، میزان رضایت مهارت‌آموزان از دستاوردهای برنامه متوسط بود و تأثیرات برنامه در توسعه دانش فناورانه، پداگوژیک و محتوای خویش رضایت بخش نبود. درمجموع، یافته‌ها می‌تواند برای بازنگری در اهداف برنامه، درون دادها و اقدامات لازم برای بهبود فرایند و برون‌داد برنامه مورد استفاده قرار گیرد و با توجه تجارب بومی به دست آمده می‌توان زمینه را برای ارتقا توانمندهای مهارت آموزان ماده 28 فراهم ساخت.
