مدل نوسازی برنامه‌های درسی در نظام آموزش عالی

چکیده
این پژوهش کیفی با هدف ارائه مدل نوسازی برنامه درسی در نظام آموزش عالی و با روش پژوهش نظام­مند نظریه داده­بنیاد انجام شده است. به این منظور با انجام مصاحبه باز با 23 نفر از متخصصان برنامه درسی داده­ها گردآوری و تحلیل داده‌ها در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی صورت گرفت. با استخراج بالغ بر 200 مفهوم اولیه از مصاحبه­ها و نیز احصاء 117 مقوله­ی فرعی و 22 مقوله­ی اصلی، نتایج پژوهش در قالب مدل پارادایمی شامل بازنگری و نوسازی برنامه درسی به عنوان مقوله محوری؛ شرایط علی (نیازسنجی، تعهد، تخصص و استقلال عمل استادان و...)؛ راهبردها (آینده­نگری، رصد دائمی ظرفیت محیطی، تعامل دانشگاه و صنعت و...)؛ شرایط زمینه­ای و بسترهای نوسازی برنامه درسی (ارزش­های حاکم در جامعه، کیفیت مدیریت در بازنگری دروس، همکاری ذی­نفعان و...)؛ شرایط مداخله­گر (، تجدید نظر در آئین­نامه­ها و...) و پیامدهای نوسازی برنامه­های درسی (اثربخشی برنامه درسی و...) مطرح و در قالب مدل نهایی نوسازی برنامه درسی طراحی و تبیین شد. بنابراین فرایند نوسازی برنامه درسی باید بر سودمندی و کارآمدی برنامه درسی، غلبه کیفیت بر کمیت، تلفیق نظریه و عمل و آموزش مهارت­های علمی و عملی، پویایی و انعطاف و تعامل سازنده با صنایع و در نتیجه انطباق دروس با نیازهای محیط بیرونی متمرکز باشد. برنامه­های درسی از این رهگذر می­توانند با حضور اثربخش و تحقق اهداف و مطلوبیت­های خود قابلیت­های لازم را در فراگیران ایجاد کرده و منجر به حضور موثر آنان در محیط بیرونی و به فعلیت رساندن آن قابلیت­ها گردند و ضمن افزایش ظرفیت پاسخگویی به موفقیت در محیط بیرونی نایل شوند.
