مطالعه تطبیقی برنامه‌درسی دوره دکتری تحقیقات آموزشی در چند دانشگاه جهان: ارائه الگویی برای دانشگاه تهران

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی و مقایسه عناصر برنامه‌درسی دوره دکتری تحقیقات آموزشی در دانشگاه­های شیکاگو، جرج مانسون، کارولینای شمالی آمریکا و گوتنبرگ سوئد به جهت ارائه الگویی برای تأسیس دوره دکتری تحقیقات آموزشی در دانشگاه تهران است. رویکرد حاکم بر این پژوهش کیفی است که از روش مطالعات تطبیقی و الگوی بِرِدی استفاده شده است. برنامه­درسی دانشگاه­های منتخب به روش نمونه‌گیری ملاکی و با درنظرگرفتن رتبه علمی بهتر نسبت به دانشگاه تهران انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات موردنیاز از طریق سایت دانشگاه­های موردمطالعه استخراج و اطلاعات تکمیلی نیز از طریق ایمیل از کارشناس آموزش دانشگاه مربوطه دریافت شد. برنامه درسی دکتری تحقیقات آموزشی در دانشگاه­های موردمطالعه در چهارعنصر هدف، محتوا، روش تدریس و ارزشیابی برنامه­درسی مورد توصیف، تفسیر، هم‌جواری و مقایسه قرار گرفتند و شباهت­ها و تفاوت‌های آن بیان شد. در پایان نیز باتوجه‌به یافته­ها و نتایج حاصل از پژوهش، الگوی پیشنهادی برنامه‌ درسی دوره دکتری تحقیقات آموزشی که متناسب با اهداف اسناد بالادستی کشور نیز هست، به‌منظور ایجاد این دوره در دانشگاه تهران ارائه شده است.
