بررسی شاخص‌های ذهنیت تفکر طراحی در آموزش عالی

چکیده
کیفیت یک نظام آموزشی ارتباط تنگاتنگی باکیفیت اساتید آن دارد. توجه به شایستگی حرفه‌ای اساتید، به‌عنوان یکی از عناصر برنامه درسی حائز اهمیت است. ذهنیت  به‌عنوان یک مجموعه شایستگی تفکر طراحی  نقش مهمی در توسعه تفکر طراحی افراد ایفا می‌نماید. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی شاخص‌های ذهنیت تفکر طراحی اساتید دانشگاه فرهنگیان است. روش پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. ابزار پژوهش، پرسش‌نامه ذهنیت تفکر طراحی با ۷۲ گویه در پنج شاخص «ریسک‌پذیری»، «همدلی»، «فرایندهای طراحی مسئله»، «تیمی» و «یادگیرنده مادام‌العمر» بوده که میزان آلفای کرونباخ کل پرسش‌نامه ۹۵۸/۰ به دست آمد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون تی تک نمونه‌ای، آزمون تی مستقل، آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه، آزمون شفه، آزمون کندال وی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل MICMAC استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه اعضا هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان شهر تهران بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای از بین مراکز دانشگاه فرهنگیان شهر تهران به دست آمد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که سطح پنج شاخص پژوهش در میان اساتید بالاتر از حد متوسط است و تنها دو گویه از شاخص ریسک‌پذیری نسبت به میانگین نظری تفاوت معنادار نداشته است. هیچ‌کدام از شاخص‌های تفکر طراحی بر اساس متغیرهای جنسیت و سابقه خدمت معنی‌دار نشدند؛ اما بر اساس حوزه‌های دانشی، شاخص‌های ریسک‌پذیری و یادگیرنده مادام‌العمر در بین سه حوزه دانشی دارای تفاوت معنی‌داری هستند. همچنین آزمون کندال وی حاکی است که رتبه‌بندی شاخص‌های تفکر طراحی به ترتیب شامل یادگیرنده مادام‌العمر، تیمی، همدلی، فرایندهای طراحی مسئله و ریسک‌پذیری است.
