نقش عوامل شخصیتی و انگیزشی در پیش بینی اضطراب پژوهشی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش عوامل شخصیتی و انگیزشی در پیش‌بینی اضطراب پژوهشی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی بود.  طرح پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه تبریز در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۲-۱۴۰۳ بودند که از میان آن‌ها ۲۱۶ نفر به صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. از مقیاس­های اضطراب پژوهش غلامی بورنگ و همکاران (۱۳۹۶)، انگیزش یادگیری توان، و همکاران (۲۰۰۵)، و ۶ عاملی شخصیتی هگزاکو برای جمع­آوری داده­ها استفاده شد. آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که عوامل انگیزشی مانند خودکارآمدی، راهبردهای یادگیری فعال، ارزشمندی یادگیری و اهداف مرتبط با عملکرد و موفقیت به کاهش اضطراب پژوهشی کمک می‌کنند. همچنین محیط یادگیری تأثیر مثبتی در تقویت انگیزه‌ها و کاهش اضطراب پژوهشی دارد. از سوی دیگر، ویژگی‌های مثبت شخصیتی مانند صداقت، برون‌گرایی، توافق‌جویی، وظیفه‌شناسی و گشودگی به تجربه با کاهش اضطراب پژوهشی مرتبط هستند، در حالی که هیجانی بودن به افزایش اضطراب منجر می‌شود. همچنین خودکارآمدی و اهداف مرتبط با موفقیت بیشترین تأثیر را در کاهش اضطراب پژوهشی دارند. هر دو عوامل شخصیتی و انگیزشی تأثیر مهمی در کاهش یا افزایش اضطراب پژوهشی دارند. عوامل انگیزشی و ویژگی‌های مثبت شخصیتی تأثیر زیادی بر کاهش اضطراب پژوهشی دارند، در حالی که ویژگی‌های منفی مانند هیجانی بودن، می‌توانند اضطراب پژوهشی را افزایش دهند. محیط یادگیری مثبت نیز نقش مؤثری در کاهش اضطراب و بهبود عملکرد پژوهشی ایفا می‌کند. در نتیجه تقویت ویژگی‌های مثبت شخصیتی و ایجاد انگیزش‌های درونی برای  مدیریت اضطراب پژوهشی دانشجویان تحصیلات پیشنهاد می­شود.
